This weekend is the iconic Monaco Grand Prix which started in April 1929 when “Williams” won in Bugatti 35B.
It is an iconic race for a number of reasons. First of all it is in the most glamorous of locations with yachts (check out these pics), beautiful women and gorgeous weather! Second of all the track is special. With tight twists and turns on the streets of Monaco next to the harbour and then the tunnel…
It is the only track where the drivers need to go through the tunnel, driving flat out and the noise when you go through it, is phenomenal. These are just some of the reasons why drivers consider this their favourite track and some even say that a win here is worth twice of any other track.

So who is going to win this year? Who knows! Monaco is one of those races where there is constant change, lots of crashes and overtakes so it is one to watch to the very end before a victor can be announced. It is another important race this weekend as any of the top 7 drivers (Vettel, Alonso, Hamilton, Raikkonen, Webber, Button and Rosberg) could lead the championship if they win the race.
